A: Nope! NetJOI TV runs over the Internet – no dish, no box, no clutter.
Q: What Internet speed do I need?
A: A minimum of 25 Mbps is required. For the best experience—especially with multiple users or HD content—we recommend 75 Mbps or higher.
Q: Can I get NetJOI TV without NetJOI Internet?
A: NetJOI Internet is required. The TV service runs on a dedicated part of our network to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Q: Are there contracts or cancellation fees?
A: No contracts. Everything is month-to-month, just like our Internet and Phone services.
Q: Can I add or remove channels easily?
A: Yes! We offer flexible packages and à la carte options—so you only pay for what you want.
