Certain Fire TV Stick models, including those running Amazon’s newer Vega OS platform, may experience compatibility issues due to platform restrictions outside of our control. No - NetJOI TV requires an active NetJOI Internet connection. NetJOI TV is a fully licensed IPTV service, and the content providers behind major channels require a “walled-garden” setup as part of their licensing terms. This means the TV service must run over the same Internet connection provided by the TV provider.

Popular Viewing Questions

Yes. TSN 1–5 and SN360 are included in our Skinny Plus and Skinny Plus TSN plans, giving access to most national NHL, NBA, CFL, and MLB games. Regional restrictions may apply.

Yes. CP24, CTV News Channel, Global News, CBC News Network, and CNN are included starting with the Skinny Plus plan.

Bring Your Own Modem (BYOM) is supported with compatible DOCSIS 3.1 devices. Speeds may vary based on location, usage patterns, network conditions, and your equipment. Maximum speeds are based on wired connections; actual performance may be lower over Wi-Fi. Use of the service, including unlimited data, is subject to our Internet Terms of Service. NetJOI TV service is delivered through IPTV plans provided by Atop TV. Available to new NetJOI customers where service is technically feasible. NetJOI Communications is operated by Quasar Tech Inc., a CRTC-licensed provider of telecommunications services in Canada. Llama therapy not included, but friendly, local support is.
