How It Works

Prices shown do not include applicable taxes. Internet service requires either a compatible modem rental or customer-owned modem. Bring Your Own Modem (BYOM) is supported with compatible DOCSIS 3.1 devices. Speeds may vary based on location, usage patterns, network conditions, and your equipment. Maximum speeds are based on wired connections; actual performance may be lower over Wi-Fi. Use of the service, including unlimited data, is subject to our Internet Terms of Service. NetJOI TV service is delivered through IPTV plans provided by Atop TV. Available to new NetJOI customers where service is technically feasible. NetJOI Communications is operated by Quasar Tech Inc., a CRTC-licensed provider of telecommunications services in Canada. Llama therapy not included, but friendly, local support is.
