Do you provide modems?
Yes, all packages include a next-gen WIFI modem at no additional charge. You also have the option to use your own compatible modem or purchase a compatible modem during the checkout process.
How soon can I get my service installed?
We are dependent on our upstream provider to have available capacity within their installation calendar to accommodate our orders. That said, installation usually happens within 3-5 days for customers with existing Internet service. Installation can be a bit longer for new construction homes.
What’s an ideal internet speed to enjoy movies/videos?
For an effortless streaming experience, we recommend a connection speed of at least 25 Mbps for the best high-definition streaming of your favorite shows and movies.
How can I get JOIBucks?

Will I get the Internet speeds at my address?
Our town/city qualification system is an estimation of the service that will be available at your address based on the network coverage of our upstream providers. Each address and their connection to the network is different. The technician dispatched to install your service will make the final determination of the service you can receive at your home, which can be different from the service indicated on our website. Your profile, payments, JOIBucks and more will be updated to reflect the service installed at your home.
How does the payment processing work?
NetJOI leverages the service of the foremost Internet payment gateway (Stripe) to secure, protect and charge your credit card. For customers without access to a major credit card, please contact us to discuss your options.
