Can I make international calls on JOI Basics?

Yes.

JOI Basics includes unlimited calling within Canada. When you call any number outside Canada (including the U.S.), those calls simply use the international per-minute rates on this page.

If you find yourself calling internationally often, you can always switch to JOI Plus or JOI Plus World.

As long as international calling is enabled on your account, you can dial overseas just by using:

011 + country code + number

Yes.
