If you already own a compatible DOCSIS 3.1 modem, you’re welcome to use it and receive a $5/month plan discount. During checkout, simply select the “Use Your Own Modem” option and enter your modem’s manufacturer, model, serial number, and MAC address.
We’ll review the details and confirm compatibility before activation to ensure everything is ready to go. We don’t lock customers into proprietary equipment — flexibility is part of how we operate.
