If you requested to transfer an existing phone number, we’ll email you with the next steps and any information required to complete the transfer. Number transfer timelines vary and depend on your current phone provider.
If your order includes a phone adapter (ATA), we’ll send tracking information once it ships. Most equipment orders ship within 2–3 business days. Customers using a compatible ATA they already own may be able to complete setup sooner.
