Affordable, Cheap, Unlimited Internet
We provide our customers with a reliable, affordable service. We leverage the network of the upstream providers (Bell, Rogers, Cogeco, Shaw and more) so you’re getting the same quality, reliable and fast service, but we offer much better prices along with personal, friendly customer service.
We keep our overheads at a minimum to ensure you get the lowest possible costs – over 75% of the cost of our service is compensation to our upstream providers whose networks we leverage to deliver our Internet service. The remaining 25% is invested in our technology, awesome customer service, JOIBucks and operations.
JOIBucks – We Reward You!
As one of Canada’s leading independent Internet Service Provider, we deliver the same, reliable Internet but at a fair price. A common complaint of Internet Providers is that the acquisition offers are very attractive for new customers but existing customers do not have access to these offers. Worse, new customers normally get lower prices but existing customers are left on legacy, higher priced products.
That’s not the case with NetJOI – all customers will get access to our latest offers and we do not leave customers on legacy, higher priced plans – as an existing customer, you will benefit from any price changes.
Plus, NetJOI believes in giving back to our customers with our JOIBucks initiative where customers earn JOIBucks automatically when they sign up with NetJOI, when they pay their bills, get a new/extra product. Stick around for a year. Also, customers can be rewarded when NetJOI decides to run an event or offer bonuses.
