A compatible ATA, Analog Telephone Adapter, connects your existing phone to your Internet router and allows it to work with NetJOI Digital Home Phone. For most households, this creates a simple home phone system using the telephone and Internet connection you already have.

The HT801 supports one phone line. The HT802 has two phone ports, which is useful if you need two separate lines or simply want more flexibility.

Keep Your Charlottetown Phone Number
Yes, Charlottetown and PEI phone numbers can be transferred to NetJOI, and we already have customers in Prince Edward Island who have successfully moved their existing numbers to us.
PEI uses the 902 and 782 area codes. If you already have a number you’ve had for years, transferring it means you can change phone providers without updating friends, family, doctors, financial institutions, businesses, or anyone else who already knows how to reach you.

Home Phone Across Prince Edward Island
NetJOI Digital Home Phone can be used anywhere in PEI where you have a suitable Internet connection. That includes Charlottetown, Stratford, Cornwall, Summerside, Kensington, Montague, and communities across the Island.
You do not need NetJOI Internet. If you already have a reliable connection from Bell Aliant, Eastlink, or another provider, that connection can be used for NetJOI Phone.
Getting Started
